While our weekly schedule closely resembles the sample schedule below, it is not a schedule that should relied upon for class availability due to holidays/special events/etc.  PLEASE check with Sign Up Genius for the most accurate schedule!

  • Participants will not be admitted late to classes

aerie I: for beginners and experienced participants who enjoy the relaxing yoga experience combined with additional stretch and fun of the hammock

aerie II: for experienced participants who have completed 3 prior aerie I classes (no exceptions) and desire a class format that moves a bit quicker and integrates more strength and trick/flipping moves utilizing the hammock
